Meet the team
Founder and Managing Director
Senior Support Technician
Tony has installed and de-rigged cameras all over the UK. He has a background in workshop fabrication and environmental management and came to us with most of the certifications and training required to work on all our construction sites. Outside work, he’s a keen football supporter and player.
Senior Account Manager
Melissa is an integral part of the installation and support teams. She has a first-class degree in Design Photography, and all the training required to work safely on sites. Prior to Lobster Pictures, she worked as a field engineer in the oil industry in Canada - so British winters are mild to her! She has dual Canadian and UK nationality and loves ice hockey.
Ellis produces your final time lapse film and can help get those important moments captured on video. He has previously worked in television and has wide-variety of experience in making videos. If you're looking to enhance your films with drone footage, staff interviews or animation, Ellis is your man.
Operations and Logistics Manager
Ru is a highly organised and diligent Operations and Logistics Manager - helping make sure that our operations run as smoothly as possible, while also managing the thousand things that need doing to keep the office shipshape and Bristol fashion. She regularly moves mountains (and cameras, and masts and more) to make sure that your Lobster Vision experience is happening when you need it. She has a degree in Fashion and Textile Design, and has recently acquired a puppy called Uma.
Frontend Software Engineer
Russell spends his spare time expanding his DIY skills while renovating his 1930s semi, record collecting or exploring the South West with his young family.
