Above and Beyond

We understand that no two projects are the same and that often presents its own set of challenges. At Lobster Pictures, we like to go above and beyond for our clients, as with this recent project for Cleveland Pools Trust.

A Major Restoration

The Cleveland Pools Lido project is a major restoration of the oldest public open-air swimming pool in the UK dating back over 200 years and has gained a lot of attention from the local community, following a 17-year campaign to save the pools. We are thrilled to be documenting and monitoring the works and we will produce a film which will be shared online following project completion.

Operation Camouflage

It is hugely important for Cleveland Pools Trust to maintain positive neighbour relations. Concerns were initially raised by neighbours about the appearance of the tall mast, to which the time lapse camera is attached. Of course, we wanted to do everything we could to help. One of our senior technicians, Luke travelled back to site, equipped with materials to provide an innovative solution. Several reels of camouflage netting, a touch of spray paint, some bark, and a few snapped tree branches later, the mast now successfully blends in to the surroundings.

A happy client!

"The Cleveland Pools Trust would really like to thank Lobster Pictures for their help with this one. I know it's been quite an unusual request. It's important for us to keep our neighbours happy while we're doing a major construction project like this so everyone's been really helpful and creative to find a solution so a really big thank you from us."
